With  over  25  years  experience  in  the  home building  industry,  Jeremy  has  managed  the  construction  of  more  than  400  homes;  many  over  $10  million  in  value.    He is  also  experienced  in  the  construction  of  many  commercial,  government,  and  industrial  projects as  well.   From 2000-2007, Jeremy worked as a Private Security Contractor operating as a Perimeter Security Specialist for Department of Defense, Homeland Security, Department of Justice, as well as the private sector. With  this  experience,  it  allows  [HOME]  Estate  Management  to  confidently  understand  each  home’s  construction  type  and  unique  needs as well as the needs of protecting our clients privacy and security.  It  is  his diverse background  in  the  industry  as  well  as  knowledge of  finishes  used  on  many  custom  Southwest  Florida homes  which  makes  him  the  right  Estate  Manager  for  you.  Jeremy  has  his  Bachelors  of  Science  in  Construction  Management  as  well  many  other  industry  certifications  and  licenses.  With  a  passion  to  create  paradise,  he strives to  help  their clients live well into the world of luxury real estate. Patrick comes to Home Estate Management with 25 years of experience in a wide range of property management positions. Patrick started his career in commercial property management in Seattle Washington then moved on to the multifamily arena managing large apartment complexes in Bend Oregon and Steamboat Springs Colorado. From there he took on the director of property management position for a high end vacation rental management company in Telluride, Colorado.  That experience allowed him to move to Florida to take The senior estate manager position for another high-end home builder in Naples.  After five years as the senior estate manager, a change to Home Estate Management was a natural fit.
