With more than 25 years of experience in construction and luxury homebuilding, Jeremy brings an exceptional combination of technical expertise, leadership, preparedness, and discretion to [HOME] Estate Management. Throughout his career, he has managed the construction of more than 400 homes, including numerous custom residences valued at more than $10 million. His experience also extends to commercial, government, and industrial projects, giving him a comprehensive understanding of complex building systems, project coordination, quality control, and long-term property care.

From 2000 to 2007, Jeremy worked in private security and perimeter security specialties supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, and private-sector clients. This experience shaped his disciplined approach to privacy, risk awareness, property protection, and professional discretion—qualities that are essential when managing the homes and personal interests of discerning clients.

Jeremy’s commitment to safety and preparedness extends well beyond property management. He is a professional Scuba Diving Instructor and an Emergency First Response Instructor, training individuals in First Aid, CPR, AED use, Primary and Secondary Medical assessments, and Emergency Oxygen Administration, among other lifesaving and emergency-response disciplines. These qualifications strengthen his ability to remain calm under pressure, assess situations quickly, lead with confidence, and help protect the well-being of clients, guests, staff, and service professionals.

His extensive knowledge of construction methods, specialty materials, and the custom finishes found throughout Southwest Florida allows him to understand each residence from the inside out. Jeremy is skilled at identifying concerns before they become costly problems, coordinating qualified professionals, protecting valuable finishes and belongings, and ensuring that every service provider performs to the standards expected within a luxury home.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Building Sciences, along with numerous professional licenses, industry certifications, and safety-training credentials. His diverse background in construction, security, emergency response, and luxury residential care makes him uniquely qualified to oversee the complex needs of exceptional properties.

With extensive knowledge of the construction process from initial planning through final completion, Aimee is skilled at identifying potential concerns, coordinating solutions, and ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards. Her strong negotiating abilities and attention to detail make her an exceptional client advocate, particularly when working with contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Aimee is dedicated to protecting her clients’ interests while delivering the personalized service and responsiveness they expect. Senior Estate Manager- Residential Division

Patrick brings more than 25 years of diverse property management experience to Home Estate Management, with a career spanning commercial properties, multifamily communities, luxury vacation rentals, and high-end private residences.

He began his career in commercial property management in Seattle, Washington, before transitioning into the multifamily sector, where he managed large apartment communities in Bend, Oregon, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Patrick later served as Director of Property Management for a premier vacation rental company in Telluride, overseeing the care and operation of high-end residences while delivering an exceptional experience for discerning homeowners and guests.

His extensive background in luxury property management ultimately brought him to Naples, Florida, where he accepted a Senior Estate Manager position with a leading high-end homebuilder. During his five years in that role, Patrick developed a deep understanding of luxury home systems, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, property inspections, and the elevated service standards expected by estate owners.

Joining Home Estate Management was a natural next step in Patrick’s career. His broad operational expertise, strong leadership skills, and commitment to proactive, detail-oriented service make him a trusted resource for homeowners and a valued member of the Home Estate Management team.

Senior Estate Manager Commercial Division

With more than a decade of post-construction experience in high-end residential environments, Frank brings exceptional expertise, precision, and professionalism to every estate. Highly experienced in the care and oversight of luxury homes, Frank has a meticulous eye for detail and a strong commitment to protecting each property’s quality, appearance, and long-term value.

Skilled in subcontractor scheduling, vendor management, and contract negotiations, Frank consistently secures the best possible value for clients without compromising workmanship or service standards. Frank has a proven ability to streamline workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate multiple projects ensures that work is completed efficiently, transparently, and to the highest builder-quality standards.

Through previous work with Stock Development, Frank developed a keen ability to identify defects and potential concerns through comprehensive inspections and frequent on-site evaluations. This hands-on experience allows him to anticipate issues, implement practical solutions, and ensure that every detail receives the attention it deserves.

An effective communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach, Frank builds strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and vendors alike. Oscar Suarez brings more than 20 years of experience in the Naples luxury homebuilding market to Home Estate Management. A highly skilled master finisher with expertise across multiple areas of construction, Oscar is trusted to work in some of the area’s most prestigious custom homes, where precision, discretion, and respect for the property are essential.

Oscar specializes in completing detailed punch-list work, identifying finishing concerns, and ensuring that every element of a home meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. He takes exceptional care to protect clients’ furnishings, finishes, and personal belongings while work is being performed. His experience also allows him to effectively manage subcontractors, maintain accountability, and ensure that everyone working within a finished residence demonstrates the professionalism and attention to detail expected in a luxury-home environment.

In addition to his construction expertise, Oscar is the owner of Acopio Coffee, a successful local coffee shop. His success as a business owner reflects the strong work ethic, leadership, reliability, and commitment to quality that he brings to every client and property.
